1) Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent that you meet all applicable legal requirements.
2) Products & Delivery
Keys are delivered digitally to the email or account used at checkout. Delivery is typically instant after payment confirmation, but may take longer due to processor reviews or anti-fraud checks.
3) License
Purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with any documentation and these Terms. Resale, sharing, or redistribution of keys is prohibited.
4) Pricing & Payments
Prices may change at any time. Payments are processed by trusted providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for your order.
5) Refunds & Replacements
- All sales are final once a key is delivered or redeemed.
- If your key is unreadable on delivery, contact support within 72 hours; we will investigate and replace if verified.
- Chargebacks or disputes for fulfilled orders may result in license termination and account bans.
6) Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to violate laws, infringe rights, circumvent security, reverse engineer, or facilitate cheating or unauthorized access in online services.
7) Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis through our official channels. We may request proof of purchase and diagnostic information to assist you.
8) Warranties & Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Services.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud. You may stop using the Services at any time.
10) Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate. Disputes will be resolved in that venue unless required otherwise by law.
